I’m the project manager for a new high-rise development project, and we’re strongly considering implementing BIM (Building Information Modeling) for the first time. The benefits sound great—improved collaboration, clash detection, etc. But our team is fairly new to BIM.
We’re looking into BIM consulting services to help us get started on the right foot. Can anyone recommend any consultants they’ve had positive experiences with? Ideally, we’d like someone who can assist with:
Developing a BIM Execution Plan (BEP)
Selecting the right BIM software for our needs
Training our team on BIM workflows
Ongoing support throughout the project
Any advice or recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

First on all Congratulation sara and It’s fantastic that you’re considering BIM for your high-rise project! BIM can significantly improve collaboration, clash detection, and overall project outcomes. Since your team is new to BIM, seeking consultant recommendations is a wise move.
Here are some tips I recommend you.
Finding the Right BIM Consultant:
- Ask around: Network with colleagues in the construction industry. Seek recommendations for BIM consultants they’ve had positive experiences with.
- Industry resources: Check with construction associations or online BIM forums for consultant recommendations.
- Software vendors: BIM software companies often have partner networks of consultants. Inquire with your preferred software vendor for recommendations aligned with your project needs.
Services to Consider:
- BIM Execution Plan (BEP) Development: A consultant can guide you in creating a BEP, a crucial roadmap outlining BIM implementation for your project, including workflows, roles, and software usage.
- Software Selection: They can help you choose the BIM software that best suits your project scale, team skillset, and budget. Popular options include Revit, ArchiCAD, and Bentley MicroStation.
- Team Training: BIM workflows differ from traditional methods. The consultant can provide training to get your team up to speed on BIM processes and software.
- Ongoing Support: Having a consultant available throughout the project for troubleshooting, best practice guidance, and addressing unforeseen challenges is invaluable.
Above are the just tips. If you looking for seriously helping team. I must recommend you Tejjy Inc, since 2021 I m working with this company. Our team has really vast experience in BIM.

Matt
Absolutely understand your interest in BIM for your high-rise project! It sounds like BIM consulting could be a great fit to get your team on board.
While I can’t recommend specific consultants, I can suggest searching for firms with experience in high-rise BIM projects and offering the services you mentioned: BEP development, software selection, training, and ongoing support.
For recommendations, try contacting architecture/engineering firms that have completed successful high-rise BIM projects. One firm I can recall is named TopBIM Company, I worked with them last year for my residential renovation and extension. I had a good experience. They might have consultants they can vouch for.
